What We Can Help With
Registration problems
If you cannot register, first check whether the programme quota is full or the registration date has closed — both are shown on the programme card. If the problem persists, contact us quoting the programme name and your account email.
Certificate problems
Certificates unlock only after the programme has ended and, for some programmes, after your attendance has been recorded by QR scan. If all conditions are met and the certificate is still unavailable, contact the organiser of that programme.
Wrong name on a certificate
The certificate name comes from your profile. Update it under Profil Saya in the portal, then download again — certificates are generated at the moment of download, so the corrected name is used immediately.
Personal data requests
You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. Send requests to eventraz2026@gmail.com and we will respond within 21 days. Include your full name and account email so we can verify your identity.
