1. Acceptance
By creating an account or registering for any programme through EvenTraZ, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the system.
2. Accounts
- Two account types can be self-registered: School and Public. Administrator accounts are created only by a Super Admin.
- Each school code and each email address may be registered once only.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
- The details you provide must be true and accurate. An incorrect name or IC number produces an incorrect certificate.
- School accounts must be registered by an authorised representative of that school.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Register using another person's identity without their permission.
- Submit false information, including invalid IC numbers.
- Share attendance QR codes with people who are not present at the venue.
- Attempt to access accounts, registrations or administrator areas that are not yours.
- Disrupt, overload or attempt to damage the system, including through bulk automated registration.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, and cancel any registrations or certificates obtained through them.
4. Programme Registration
- Registration is subject to capacity limits. Once a quota is full, registration closes automatically even if the closing date has not passed.
- Some programmes have a registration window — an opening and closing date. Registration is refused outside that period.
- Organisers may amend, postpone or cancel any programme. You will be notified by email if this happens.
- Registration is free unless stated otherwise on the programme itself.
5. Attendance
Some programmes require attendance to be confirmed by scanning a QR code at the venue. QR codes are valid only for the session and period set by the organiser, and attendance is recorded once per participant per session.
6. Certificates
Certificates are generated automatically and become downloadable only when all three conditions are met:
- the organiser has assigned a certificate template to the programme;
- the programme has ended; and
- your attendance has been recorded, for programmes that require a QR scan.
The name printed on a certificate is taken from your profile at the moment of download, so check its spelling before downloading. Certificates are for the participant's personal use and must not be altered or forged.
7. Ownership
The EvenTraZ system, its design, code and branding are the property of PSKT. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of the system without written permission. The registration details you submit remain yours; you grant us permission to use them for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy.
8. External Links
The system may link to external services and websites operated by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external sites.
9. Availability
We work to keep the system available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. It may be unavailable during maintenance or technical faults. We are not liable for losses arising from being unable to access the system, including missing a registration deadline.
10. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always on this page with its revision date. Continued use after a change means you accept the amended terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the Malaysian courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
